Frequently Asked Questions
For winter exam care packages: Our main care package will include a wide variety of snacks, including items such as candy and chocolate items, snack mixes, granola bars, chips, hot chocolate, etc. as well as a surprise ذكذكتسئµ item. The exact snacks are determined after the order deadline when we know final quantities and what's in stock.
The allergen-friendly care package will include gluten, dairy, and nut-free items from the main care package as well as three substitute items: a MadeGood bar, Fritos, and Skittles. 18 of these special packages are available this year.
Due to the complexity of assembling 500 care packages, we are not able to customize packages beyond this. Encourage your student to share their snacks with a friend!
Yes, you may order a package for a student living locally who attends class on campus.
These students would come to a designated location on campus to pick up their care package. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship packages elsewhere.
On Monday, December 7, we will send an email to students and the sender with pickup instructions. Students will be asked to come to one central pick-up location on December 7 or 8 to pick up their package. After care package distribution, students may need to come to the family engagement office to pick up their package. If packages are not claimed by one week after delivery, packages will be donated to students who will enjoy them.

We will work with our student life leaders to identify students who could use extra love and encouragement.
