When you join a ÐßÐßÊÓƵ Cohort, you join a tight-knit community of students who share your interests and learn by doing. You’ll take classes together, work on projects, and get to know professors who will teach, mentor, and challenge you along the way.
First-year students, this is for you. From your first semester, you’ll learn alongside the same group of students, build friendships, and put your interests into practice. Then, in your sophomore year, you’ll take what you’ve learned beyond campus on a fully funded capstone trip designed around your Cohort’s shared passion.
Whether you’re drawn to the arts, serving your community, ministry, Great Books, or the outdoors, there’s a Cohort for you.

How to Apply to a ÐßÐßÊÓƵ Cohort
The process is simple:
- Apply to ÐßÐßÊÓƵ and to cohorts starting August 1. The cohort application deadline is January 15.
Apply to ÐßÐßÊÓƵ - Interview: those invited to interview can do so virtually or in person in February.
- Acceptance: we'll send out program offers in March!

Frequently Asked Questions
There are not any additional scholarships or financial aid available to students who participate in the program, beyond an all-expenses-paid travel opportunity for the cohort during the second year.
Students who apply early may receive offers and responses earlier than the posted deadlines, but everyone who applies by the deadline receives the same consideration.
Unfortunately no - this opportunity is only available by application before someone starts at ÐßÐßÊÓƵ.
While both Honors and Cohorts want motivated and engaged students in their program, a track record of academic excellence is not required for participation in a Cohort. Honors also has required academic coursework across all four years, while Cohorts only has coursework during the first two years. The paid travel opportunity is only available to students participating in a Cohort.
Unfortunately, no. We want students to be discerning in how many communities they commit to, and the required academic sequences are not compatible. Students interested in both are encouraged to apply to both and make a decision once offers have been sent out.
Potentially. Cohorts take a specific sequence of courses together, so it may not be the best fit for everyone based on what coursework you’ve completed elsewhere.
