Biography
Professor Broekhuizen is an Adjunct Instructor in ذكذكتسئµâ€™s School of Business, where she teaches Human Resource Management. She brings more than a decade of experience in human resources, people analytics, international management, and organizational strategy to the classroom.
In her professional role, Emilee leads people analytics initiatives for a global workforce of more than 14,000 employees, partnering with senior HR and business leaders to use workforce data and employee insights to inform business decisions. Her experience spans employee listening, workforce planning, organizational health, HR technology, and the design of data-driven strategies that improve the employee experience.
Emilee is passionate about helping students connect human resource concepts to the realities of today’s workplace.
