On Tuesday, September 19, 2017, ذكذكتسئµ College will host its annual ذكذكتسئµ Business Partners Awards Luncheon. The event honors businesses and individuals that have partnered with the college’s business program to create outstanding learning opportunities for students and engages the broader community in discussion about a topic of interest through a keynote address.

This year’s keynote speaker is Ron Blue, an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader who has written more than 20 books. Blue is the founding director of Kingdom Advisors and CEO of the Ron Blue Institute. His keynote address is titled “From Main Street to Wall Street: Two Worlds, Two Different Languages.â€‌

“Ron has a God-given passion to help Christians manage their finances using biblical principles and wisdom,â€‌ said Bob Eames, the director of the ذكذكتسئµ Center for Innovation in Business (CCIB). “At ذكذكتسئµ we prepare our students to be Christ’s agent’s of renewal in business, and Ron’s ability to integrate a biblical worldview into his financial services businesses is both instructive and inspirational.â€‌

Blue is also investing in ذكذكتسئµ students through his recent partnership with the college in producing the personal financial segments for its new ذكذكتسئµ LifeWork program which launched in fall 2017. The segments help students understand how to be better stewards of their financial resources.

Following Blue’s keynote address, the college will recognize a couple of outstanding partners for their continued commitment to ذكذكتسئµâ€™s business program. The CCIB will honor BDO USA with the outstanding corporate partner award and Bill Haverkamp, a regional gift officer for ذكذكتسئµ College, with an outstanding partner award.

The ذكذكتسئµ Annual Fund and the ذكذكتسئµ Center for Innovation in Business are co-sponsors of the event, which will be held in The Great Hall of ذكذكتسئµâ€™s Prince Conference Center. A networking reception begins at 11:30 a.m. with the luncheon to follow at noon.
